However, Miss Abby here is being saved by Ron. Miss Abby is about eight (?) who was owned by an older woman who had to go into a home and can't take the dog.

Miss Abby have been shunted around from family to kennel to shelter and is just scared and freaked out. Our Ron has taken her in and adopted her.

Well, can I just say that the tears wheal up in me. Poor Zela had a cat in almost the same situation, and the people that "adopted" her cat put in down in less than 48 hours. Granted, Hersey was old OLD, but still....
