My First "A Little Night Music"

There never be another "first time" to see the show "A Little Night Music". I had heard (OVER AND OVER) some of the songs (Send In The Clowns - comes annoyingly to mind) but this is the first time I saw it in context.
.
Wonderful.
.
Catherine Zeta Jones (in a red wing) is ethereal - she seems another race of beings she is so pretty. Angela Landsbury is finally PERFECT in a role. She plays a grandmother in a wheelchair and is rolled in for a line or two or a song - gives them with feeling - and is rolled off.
.
The man to the right is Trevor Nunn, the famous director. The man to the left is Alexander Hanson - who plays the male lead and recently played the same role at the4 Menier Chocolate Factory in London - one of Jane and Lisa's favorite venues.
.
It was probably as good as it will done - at least for many years. Julia, Ed's friend who was with us for a while in Beijing, was out in New York and got us all really nice seats (1st row, Mezz.). She has seen the show as well and loved this version too.
