In a "blink and you miss it" moment. There was this nincompoop moment from the Slovak Security Agency. The Slovak police put actual and fake plastic explosives into a vacationers suitcase, to test a bomb sniffing dog. The dog found it, then they took out the explosives. But, it turns out only the fake explosives. The real ones traveled to Dublin with the returning tourist and his wife.

So the agency told the Irish Terrorism police that this guy had plastic explosives, but didn't tell them "how" they knew. Two hours of closed intersection and three hours of arrest later, the Slovak Embassy called to "clear up" the situation.
