Okay - so these are the concepts for the mascots of London. Not horrible, but not good. I mean I get it, last drops of steel from the Northern Steel Mills for the stadium.

But apparently no one thought what they would look like when puffed up to mascot proportions.
As "soft and cuddly" mascots - they are creepy. I mean we have had previous "blobby" mascots at Athens and Atlanta - but these are 1 eye'd monster mascots.

These are nightmare creatures under the bed mascots.
