But he was on "New Girl" (or "Jess" - I forget which it is called and which it just "is"). Dermot has aged. Really, has no one shown him Botox? (And I don't feel bad saying that, I watched him on screen give an honest critique to a girl that asked for one).

And the hair - arg - the hair. Either cut it short, or dye it black or (best answer) cut it short and dye it grey-er. Cuz right now, it is the sad side of salt & pepper. Like he is still trying to rock the longish shaggy black hair - but it is too grey and not shaggy - but grey sticky.
