Michigan: Where you can outlaw women's rights, but can't talk about the who-ha

Smut-monger
Well to the new world of nincompooopery: Michigan Edition.  Michigan is debating (and has passed) a raft of new regulations about the ability to terminate a pregnancy.  They have passed new laws that make it almost impossible to terminate a pregnancy, and after 20 weeks - completely impossible.  Regardless of rape or health of the mother.
.
So, if you life is threatened by going to term, or if the fetus in fact dies by you don't have a miscarriage - have it all happen before 20 weeks.  Because after that - you are bringing it to term - regardless of the effect on your health.
.
Now Lisa Brown, a female law maker said "I'm flattered that you're all so interested in my vagina, but no means no."
.
She has since been banned from speaking because she used the word "vagina".  The legislature could not propose a word for female naughty bits they would find acceptable.  In fact, one man - so concerned for women that he knows silly girls can't make their own decisions, said:
.
"What she said was offensive," Republican Rep. Mike Callton told The Detroit News. "It was so offensive, I don't even want to say it in front of women. I would not say that in mixed company."
.
Another female legislator also offended the male lawmakers ears by using the word vasectomy.  She too was banned from speaking further on the bill.
.
These women were not banned from saying only those bad words - but from speaking on the bill AT ALL.  Because, silly woman can reasonably speak about women's health care needs.
