Yes, the land of the Blue Lagoon and Apollo training missions was also the home of the aliens (or are they) in Prometheus.  It is an amazing land.

Dettifoss - where the Big Guy cracked in the beginning

The waterfall is apparently Dettifoss - which I have never been to.  Although it looks enough like Gullfoss to confuse me.  Apparently Dettifoss is much farther northeast - and so we haven't been.
