We were delayed more than 6 times on 2 legs. Ultimately we had to swap out Houston for Chicago because of delays. Less than the time it took Ed to walk back from the United Airlines Service desk, they changed planes that was "about" to take off for Chicago, and put it to Houston. Then they delayed our Chicago flight for 30 minutes (then an hour, then an hour and ten minutes, then an hour and a half).
