Hercules Industries denies Birth Control because the corporation has religious beliefs

I shit you not.

Hercules Industries is a corporation, owned by Roman Catholics.  They don't want their Corporate Health Insurance to cover birth control.  And a Colorado Judge agreed with them (snipped from Associated Press) "The business, Hercules Industries, is run by a family whose Roman Catholic beliefs condemn contraception, but it does not qualify as a religious employer exempt from offering the coverage. Hercules Industries went to court, and Judge John Kane of Federal District Court in Denver issued a preliminary injunction on Friday keeping the government from penalizing the company for its health plan while its lawsuit proceeds. " link

And, ... are you shitting me?
.
The Roman Catholic Church doesn't allow remarriage either, so is the employer exempt from covering an subsequent spouse after divorce?  Honestly, that isn't a "slippery slope" argument, it is a simple question.  If Hercules Industries is Catholic for health insurance purposes - why does it stop at Birth Control?  They shouldn't have to pay for any treatment of STDs either, right?  OR for any child birth procedures for single mothers, or any parents who have been divorced and remarried.
.
I think that if they get this religious exemption, they should have to put it on their web-site that they don't offer non-Catholic approved Health Care.
