Non-Payers of Federal Income Tax
For all Mitt's "47% of people don't pay federal income taxes - and they will never vote for me" that will vote for Obama, the truth is very different. Since many of these are retired people or military - you see many of these households in the South. The South, FYI, is not an area that traditionally would vote for a Black Democrat for president.
