You know, one of the odd things about gay rights is how the fight is/was fought.

In the beginning (the 80's), due to AIDS it was a loud angry yell demanding equal rights. But that only gets you so far. So, in the late 90's it moved to loud and strident, with a little Will and Grace thrown in. And now that it is almost here, it has moved to humor almost exclusively.

Well humor and the scientific discovery that the most strident anti-homosexual men are the ones that get a physical response to depictions of gay sex. And no college guy wants to be thought of a closet case, so they are okay with it.

And we end up here. Gay men making a video that pokes fun of homosexual stereotypes.

We might not have had the fastest path to equal rights, but it has been the funest and funniest.
