I wonder if people are TRYING to listen wrong

I wonder sometimes at the antics of the political class.  This is an MSNBC woman who is explaining that communities (states, the feds, etc.) don't invest in children as much as we should.  In an age when public universities are priced out of the cost range for most people, where 1/5 of US children live in poverty, this idea shouldn't be controversial.

This is what communities and churches and good people believe.  In fact this is the whole thrust of "we need to leave our country in better shape for our children".  It is the idea behind "we are running up bills our children have to pay".  But in order to stir up shit, this has been turned by the right wing into a Melissa Harris-Perry is trying to steal your children.

Nincompoopery.

Actually, it isn't nincompoopery as much as a graven attempt to distract people with a shiny different argument and stir up hate.  Because hate and arguments sell airtime.  Worse that nincompoopery, it is a despicable misuse of children.  It casts someone who is trying to do good as evil - on purpose.

And yet with this rather bland pronouncement, the Ring Wing Anger machine turned up full steam (see FOX NEWS report).  How can wanted to take care of children - and saying it is the duty of everyone to help cause such hatred?

  This is why this country needs a serious revolt or revolution our Children belong to God with my Wife and I as there earthly custodians, this trash talking this garbage along with her other accomplises need to be shown the exit door to some far off distant galaxy where they they can just push there puke some where else,...And people wonder why we need our second amendment rights,...
