117 Broadway

I was downtown this week to sign papers for the Condo (the joys of being on the Condo Board).  Across from the lovely building I was in (The Equitable Building - more later).  I saw 115 and 117 Broadway.
.
These were two towers designed in 1905 by Francis Kimball.  There are 2 (although I only have pictures of the northern one, give the difficulty of getting a good picture).  I love the face of the building, and elegant typeface of tis function.  It makes "United States Reality Building" look regal, doesn't it?
.
They are designed in "gothic" style to match Trinity Church, which is just south of the site.
.
Anyway they are very cool.
.
Final picture is of the current state of One World Plaza - the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere (although no where near the tallest in the world).
.

111 Broadway and 115 Broadway (closest)
.
You can see the homage paid to the Trinity Church if you look.
.
Current state of One World Trade (construction elevator still visible).
