The Sunbonnets - I mean the Pistol Annies...

Miranda lambert has a second group.  I mean, of course, Miranda Lambert IS the first group. She and the hoopla that goes around her career.

But with two other women, she is part of the Pistol Annies.  And the Pistol Annies are something else.  They are like nothing.  Sometimes they sound like a subversive Sunbonnets group from Country Bear Jamboree.  Other times they can country rock with the best of them.  Sometimes they are obviously goofying on the southern stereotypes and other times they are reveling in them.
