Look, doesn't this heinous abuse of power make Eric Snowden a "whistle-blower"?  I mean we wouldn't have hard about these "accidents" at all, had he not released them.

Are these accidents like the NSA Head James Clapper's lies to Congress "accidents".  Or like We-Know-Where-The-WMDs-Are was an "accident"?  I think they are exactly like that.  That is the new definition of accident:
