Jajce and Travnik Today

So today I travel to Jajce and Travnik.
.
Travnik probably won't be quite this warm when I am there.

Apparently Travnik was very Ottoman-ized in the past.  It is suppose to be a very ancient town, and was once said to be the Istanbul of the west.  Having seen various "Venice of the [fill in]" I am not holding out too much hope, but we will see.
.
Jajce was the capital of the Bosnia in the 1400s.  It is suppose to be beautiful and was famous for being very integrated.  Apparently the city is becoming more like it's old self, as the Serbians move back into the town.  It lies on the main road from Sarajevo to BanuLuka, the capital of the Sprksa Republic.
.
The falls and the fortress
it is also famous for 2 landmarks.  One a waterfull in the center of town (and you know I love a waterfall) and also a huge fortress on the hill above town.
.
Should be cool.
.
Probably more what it will look like in December :-)
