"Catholics" vs "Croats / Croatians" & "Muslims" vs "Bosniaks"

To keep the Dayton Peace Accords in place, different armys monitored different areas.  I only notice because so far all the historical markers have been by either the British (around Travnik and Jajce) or the Americans (around Sarajevo).
.
There are a few odd outcomes of this.
.
The British signs are in Serbian/Croat in Latin Characters, Serbian/Croat in Cyrillic Characters and then English.  And they refer to "Catholics" and "Muslims" and "Agressors".  They are triptic and way wordy.
.
The American signs are prettier (sorry, but more pictures - somebody in the state department thought this out) and in Serbian/Croat (Latin charcters only), English (under a British flag, not a US flag), German and Turkish.  They refer to Croatians, Bosniaks and Serbians.
.
I pass through part of the Sparska Republic later and I will see what their signs look like.
