Bread now. What next!?!

I love(d) bread.
.
But then my doctor had me read "Wheat Belly" and I thought, well, I'll try to stop wheat and see if it feels better.
.
It does.  I sleep better.  I have a ton less gas.
.
All is good.
.
You know, except that I love bread.
.
So, no sandwiches, no pizza, no pasta (the pasta is no big deal).  No flour tortillas!!!
,
So yeah, I feel better but the whole mood thing is offset by what I miss.  And don't even try to recover.  Once I kicked the habit, having pizza keeps me up all night AND leaves me depressed the next day.
.
And it didn't help my weight at all.  Although, to be honest, that isn't why I stopped.
