During this discussion (which later passed based on a party line vote - of course, the whole "hearing" was a shame), Vito asked why a doctor couldn't do a vaginal examine by having a woman swallow a small camera and just firing up when it hit the vagina.

This would be hilarious, except of course, it is men like these that decide what type of patient care a woman gets when there is anything involving her lady bits.
