So What! Not everything is about the gays!

Let me say this, so you don't have to...
.
So What?
.
It is a trade deal, not a kiss on the cheek.
.
Trade deals aren't about the gays.  Otherwise we wouldn't trade with Egypt, Saudi Arabia or Alabama.
.
Commerce is not (usually) about social ills.  Now... we do try to limit or embargo trade with foreign governments in some cases.  But that isn't because they hate (or kill) gays. It is because their regimes are doing something threatening to us or our allies (I'm looking at you Iran and North Korea).
.
We also have trade deals with nations that condone violence against women.  We have trade deals with countries that have child labor.  If you are a strict anti-abortion activists, we have trade deals with countries that don't outlaw Abortion (most of Europe).  If you are a pro-choice candidate, then we have trade deals where the authorities allow women to die instead of have an medically required abortion (Ireland and Brazil).
.
Being gay, I take a personal interest here.  Don't squeal over things that are stupid.  It makes us all look bad.  Just like drivers with the Jesus Saves bumper stickers embarrass all Christian church goers when they cut-off someone in traffic and then flip them off.  You're making us look petty.  Knock it off.
