Missy The Mascot

This is an odd one, I admit.  But this month's Mascot is Missy of Dr. Who.  Not the actress (who is good), but the character.  Missy, the characters, is rather like a demented, funny, psychopathic Mary Poppins - only she wants to kill everyone.  Sometimes.  Other times she just wants to be loved.

.
Now, if you don't watch Dr. Who, and many people don't, you don't know Missy.  Short story, she is the "badie" of last season and this.  Why revel in her then?  Because as a character, Missy, isn't just evil - she is polite, charming, funny, vindictive AND evil.  And I love a polite person.  She, even with the ray guns and homicidal edge, is more polite than pretty much 75% of New Yorkers.
.
And she is funny.  I do love funny.

Below is this crazy explanation of who "Missy" the character is.  And, like the character itself, Michelle Gomez describes the whole thing with a bit of whimsey and an implied "can you believe this crap" intonation.  I like her.
