One Last Thing on "Conscience Objection"

So, one thing bugs me that no one is saying anything about.  So I will.
.
Here is the quote from Pope Francis that the crazy people are hanging their Kim Davis hat on (from Washington Post).
.

.
But Kim Davis was NOT being a "Conscience Objector", here is why.  Take the example of the military.  Someone can be a conscience objector because of faith.  But that doesn't give them the right to stop other people from fighting!
.
Way before being carted off to the hoosegow, Kim Davis was free to let other people in her office issue the licenses and she could still and quietly (or loudly) object.  Something she had done previously with opposite sex marriage requests, if, say, she was busy or out of the office.  So this was not unusual.  So she was (and is) free to consciencely object.  But that wasn't what she was doing, what she was doing was prohibiting others from doing their jobs.  At which point you are NOT a conscience objector and are instead an illegal inhibitor.
.
If you need proof of this, look at her son.  He works in the office, refuses to give same sex marriage licenses, but does not prohibit others from doing it and he has no issues with the government.
.
Nathan Davis (at right) doesn't issue same sex marriage licenses and doesn't go to jail.  If this is a case of extreme nepotism is questionable.
