If you read the post below you will be treated to the sad truth that America has abandoned the world. We have, as a matter of policy, decided that there is no "global community" and it is everyone out for themselves.

Thank goodness we have a pair of world leaders that are trying to pick up the American ideal - one that we promoted to the world. And it was a beautiful ideal no matter who leads it. It is the ideal that rules and laws matter. That people are important not matter who they are.

Justin Trudeau and Emmanuel Macron are the leaders of Canada and France. Both were elected with a stated outward facing policy. Both believe in world cooperation and the importance of humans.

Both have tried to address some of the issues that America is turning away from.

Justin Trudeau has welcomed many refugees after President Trump slammed the door on them.

Emmanuel Macron has stood up to Russian Premier Putin on the world stage.

Both realize that the weird ass Trump Handshake is a mafia move to define dominance and have worked against it.

We need people like this in the world.
