Remember When The Budget Was A Big Deal for Republicans

This cartoon made fun of the minimal success President Obama had in reducing the budget deficit. Of course he was dealing with Bush's Great Recession, but that got him no slack.  No siree, the Republicans were going end the deficit for once and for all.

Now the Republicans have grown the deficit over $1.5 Trillion with the tax breaks for the rich (while giving the waitress $1.50 raise every 2 weeks!). And the two year budget congress agreed to growns the deficit another $1.0 Trillion.

It makes one questions Republican's truthfulness.
