And then this story.....
Arizona Border City Says It Will Sue if Trump Administration Doesn’t Take Down New Razor Wire
Officials in an Arizona border city passed a resolution late Wednesday condemning new razor wire it said was installed recently by U.S. Army troops—and if the federal government won’t remove it, the city has vowed to sue, the Associated Press reports. Authorities in Nogales say troops installed more horizontal layers of the wire along the border wall throughout downtown last weekend. If wire within the city limits is not taken down, Nogales Mayor Arturo Garino said, the city will take legal action. The council’s resolution says the razor wire could injure or kill and “is only found in a war, prison, or battle setting.” U.S. Customs and Border Protection said in a statement that the wire was added after a request “for additional support in high-risk urban areas commonly exploited by criminal-smuggling organizations.” It did not disclose who made the request.
