So Eddie sent these pictures from today from his little Blackberry / Phone camera..
They are very nice and show the blue skies.

I am not sure what the one on the left is exactly. I am guessing a light tower, or viewing platforms or just decoration.

There isn't much there in the way of scale.

However below are two pictures of the Bird's Nest - which is the "Olympic Stadium" and will be used for Open and Closing, as well as Track and Field.

Okay and it is infectious. I changed my ticket (for free!) and am flying out Monday now instead of Wednesday.

PS, that dark hideous cloud in the photos of the Stadium is Ed's finger.
