With regards to the recent Supreme Court Ruling (discussed below), he wrote this in today's US Today....

Perhaps someone should explain to Mr. Smith some other "science fiction" of the past.... Submarines, planes, telephones that talk without phone lines, space travel, robotic manufacturing, test tube babies, cloning, television, windows that go opaque or clear depending on the time of day. Perhaps Mr. Harvard Law needs to investigate before spouting his asinine comments.
