So I am taking a "New York Lean 25" class 3 times a week. (You can see for yourself at www.nylean25.com). Anyway, it is a good class, but totally kicked my ass today.

The trainer focuses on stretching, then intervals of 20 seconds hard as you can, 10 seconds rest then moving on.

I have taken lots of classes (I used to LOVE aerobics) but this is the first in a long time. It's at the Plaza. Actually, he uses various gyms around the town, but you only have to pay for his class, not the gym - which is great.

The class is 6 weeks, 3 times a week so it isn't some years long commitment, but I like it. And he is cool and doesn't make you feel like a spazz.

And it is a good hurt.
