Answers:
1. Both! United States (Orange County CA during a Mosque supported fund-raiser for a women's shelter LINK). Michigan during Mosque bombing. Nazi Germany (Kristallnacht) (Kristallnacht was worse, but ours is still going on.)
2. Untied States: Proposed Tennessee law and current Oklahoma Amendment prohibit Sharia Law which includes all rules on faith (when to pray, where to pray, how to cleans one self for prayer). (Updated - per NBC News, now 16 states have or are considering anti-Sharia laws.)
3. Nazi Germany (Nuremberg Laws)
4. United States (Orange County CA, Tennessee, Michigan and - of course - "Ground Zero Mosque")
5. Both. Nazi Germany 1937 and 1938. Republican Peter King in Congress 2011 (CNN)
6. Both. Nazi Germany (Nuremberg Laws) - Arizona (proposed only)
7. Both. (If you need a LINK for this, then there is no talking to you).

We have also proposed sending all Muslims out of the country, suspended habis corpus for them, "questioned" fully legal and law abiding citizens by sending them to Syria and Libya where there were tortured, stopped Canadian nationals as they flew through the US and sent them to Syria to be tortured (don't transfer at JFK), decided Cat Stevens was a terrorist (okay - Moon-Shadow was annoying, but terrorism?) issued death sentences without trail or judicial review.

But hey, we haven't gassed them yet.

Now, I don't want to get on a government list, so let me say here -without any hint of sarcasm - I, of course, fully support these anti-American America laws and actions. There is no right, nor human dignity, nor moral absolute that the US government should follow when irrationally judging an entire class of people due to hysteria. If George Bush did it and Barak Obama does it, then it must be alright. Morals don't belong in the public sphere where we have to think or treat humans with decency. They belong in the bedroom where we should tell people who and how they can fuck.
