Wyoming has less than 1,000 voters?
So look at this image from TV last night. I am wondering if they are crazy or if there really are almost no voters in Wyoming?

Okay - so I followed up. Apparently it is a convention state, where people were elected at the county level, then they went to follow it with a convention.
