Well, this Republican (leading the race for the Missouri) is Todd Akin. He totally understands women. In fact, he understands that in legitimate rape (his words) - as opposed to when a woman lies - the female body shuts down and conception can't happen. So there shouldn't be an exception for abortion in the case of rape - all abortions should be outlawed.
