Testing his gun rights

I don't have a problem with guns.  My family has had them.  Hell, they even took me skeet shooting when I was younger and I enjoyed it - although the kick freaked me out the first shot - every time.
.
Anyway - guns are part of out country - that ain't changing.  But I do have a problem with gun NUTS. For example, the man in Tennessee (full story)...
.
Example of the gun only - this is NOT the gun nut.
A gentlemen in Tennessee dressed in full camouflage, carried a loaded Draco AK 47 pistol into a Tennessee State Park - because a new law said he could.
.
He freaked out families - who reported him to a Ranger. The Ranger followed up, ordered the man to the ground, took the weapon, patted him down and detained him.  After investigating and finding the weapon was legal (the barrel is only 11 1/2 inches and the limit to qualify as a handgun is less than 12 inches) -returned the gun and let the man go about his freakish business.
.
The man sued.  Now regardless of if you support gun rights or not - if you have your family at a state park - and a guy in full camoe - with this automatic mini-rifle walks up to say hello; well you are going to freak out a little.  The Sixth Circuit Court tossed his case saying the man worked to create a reason for suspicion and cannot sue after successfully doing so.
.
And yes, that is a Draco AK 47 Automatic Pistol - a handgun.  Because the barrel (from the wood to the end of the barrel) is less than 12 inches.
