Okay... In Palm Springs if you ask how far something is, if it is in the Cochella Valley, it's "20 minutes". Regardless if it is 2 blocks away or 20 miles away, it is always "about 20 minutes". I don't know why.
Bosnians have this same way of discussing distance. If you ask if it is walkable, they say "sure, 100 meters". For us, 100 Meters is about a football field away. For Bosnians "100 meters" means anything from a 5 minute walk to a two hour hike.
The white spec in the distance is where the springs were in Blagaj. It was NOT 100 meters, as my parking attendent indicated.
