What a difference 1 degree makes

Well, the blizzard hit last night and this morning.  Luckily for Ed and I, "the blizzard" isn't a huge deal in Manhattan.

Don't get me wrong, it is cold and snowy, but it isn't power lines down or every store closed problems here.  It is just snowy and cold.  And Trevor is cranky because the snow has piled up so he can't get to his favorite marking spots.

Which is odd, because there is only 1 degree of difference here.  In New York it is 10 degrees (F), and in Rio it is 101 degrees (F).  But placement of that digit makes all the difference.
