I miss Pizza.

that is the one thing I have a really hard time with my no -wheat diet. And my no-wheat diet is great.

My blood pressure is down, my mood is better and I am less gassy. It's been months and it really does work for me (makes no difference to Ed).

I won' go all "gluten free is the best" because it isn't. It is kind of sad.

I miss sandwiches and hamburgers. But most of all I miss Pizza.

And don't even give me that gluten free Pizza crapola. I have had them (surprisingly Dominos is the best I have had). And gluten free Pizza is better than no Pizza. But that doesn't made it good.
