The Art Deco statue at the BBC. It is Prospero and Ariel from The Tempest. Ariel is the sprit of the air, which made a lot of sense in 1933 when the BBC was radio.
Fascinating story, the sculptor was Eric Gill. He would later design their font, Gill Sans!!
