Well, it took a little while, but considering it was a full 787 that was
cancelled, that is okay. Thye got back to us in less than 1 month.
That is pretty damn good.
Our refund was processed for the nightmare (link) trip.
Norwegian processed this quicker than most any group of airlines I have
dealt with. They also wrote me a letter that responded to my complaint
and I appreciate that.
I give them great marks for follow up service.
By way of example, Delta hasn't responded to an issue I had with them 3 years ago. And I bring it up every survey.
