So this is an odd and endearing story..
The Washington Post has an article about how hundreds maybe thousands of penguins have washed up on Brazilian Beaches.

It is the odd effect of a extra cold ocean current this year Normally these little guys feed in a cold Argentine / Falklands current until it hits the warm African current and then they turn around. Apparently the African current isn't warm enough to initiate that behavior this year.

Anyway, a zoo in Rio got 500 penguins as rescue this year, vs. a normal of less than 10 (last year the number was 7). And so general people have been taking them in and nursing them to health.

It is kind of a sweet cute little article and a nice change in read from politics with a capital P.
