yoga class strap

So yesterday I went to yoga class.  No problems.  Until the woman instructor says, "get a strap".

Huh?

I never learned nothing about a strap!

So we got the strap and at some point we used it as shown.  Then reached in the air.

It should surprise no one that I, clod hopper, fell twice trying to hook it on my foot, then tipped over once I was up.

Then next foot.
