It depends on what the meaning of "is" is...

Remember that line.  Clinton during question said it depended on what the meaning of "is" is.  Remember that Newt GinGrinch made constant fun of that.  GinGrinch made fun of that as he rammed Impeachment through the House of Representatives floor.  GinGrinch did this was he was cheated on his 2nd wife with his then secretary and now 3rd wife.

Remember how funny that was.

GinGrinch is now busy explaining that he wasn't "lobbying" for clients, he was just taking money to introduce his clients to politicians - and to expound on the wonderfulness of their positions.
