Lynn, Ed & I Went to MOMA to see the Diego Revira Murals

So, Lynn was in town on Saturday (she stayed with us after a week of training down in Brooklyn).  We decided to go see the MOMA show of the Diego Revira Murals.
.
He did 8 murals for the Museum of Modern Art in 1931.  Actually, only 5 were ready by the show, the other 3 of New York were done later.  And the"Frozen Assets" was my favorite.  It was a great show.  Very cool.
.
It also had a bunch of sketch work pages (done in pencil and watercolors) from his time in Moscow and New York.  Very very cool.
This was "Electric Power".
.
Also, some photos of the Rockefeller Center murals he did, that were covered and torn down because they were offensive to John Rockefeller.  After the show, we walked down to 30 Rock to see the murals that were commissioned instead.  Fine and cool, but not AS cool as Diego's were.
