Last year the Bruin faithful (both of us!) were told it was a rebuilding year, but we were loaded in 2011 / 2012. Someone was loaded when they said that. We stand at 2 - 4. Having lost to Kansas, Michigan and (wait for it) Middle Tennessee State and Loyola Marymount University. Loyola Marymount! LMU in Playa Del Ray? The VOLLEYBALL school! (Yes they did have an AMAZING YEAR once, 2 decades ago when they went all the way to the elite 8!).

Our victories have been over Pepperdine (another Volleyball school) and Chaminade (the Hawaii School - not the 60's Girl Group).

And what kind of poster boy is this for UCLA? John Wooden wouldn't let this unshaven, uncouth sideshow within 200 feet of his team. God Grief Ben. I might understand it if you were winnuing games, but if you can't win at least put a pretty team on the court.
