Here is a 1:18 second clip where they show a Very Scary Black Man who is a poll watcher making sure people can vote. But just being there is scary, and he "seems" to the old white guy as if he is in "military garb".

Really scary at the end ... where he greets 2 old ladies (it appears one white and one black) with a smile, a hello and holds the door open for them.
