World Trade Center 1 (once called the Liberty Tower) is beginning completion - over due and over budget, but near the end at last. You can see it in the left of this picture (the tall building on the right is in Jersey City - and you can just make out the Statue of Liberty in the center of the picture).

The glass facing work is almost done. The big winds this week - and even Tropical Storm / Hurricane Sandy didn't seem to effect it. The base of the spire was shipped in a few weeks ago - there were pictures in the paper.

It seems like it might be done by late spring early summer.
