Phase 1 of SuperBowl Lasagna

mushrooms, onions and spinach: Prep

Eddie is making Lasagna for the  Super Bowl.  We are having some upstairs neighbors down to watch. They just had a baby (well a few months ago), and we figured we would make food and invite them to relax as much as they can for a few hours.

They love Trevor and used to dog-sit in emergencies.  Nice, nice people.

Anyway...  Eddie makes Lasagna with two meets (pork sausage and ground beef) as well as a layer of spinach with mushrooms.
