Wait Until the Stench of This Hits You....

The man shown below was convicted of raping a 14 year old student.  Not having consensual sex with, but raping.

Now you may say, "Sure statutory rape is consensual sex between a 40 year old man and 14 year old girl, it's creepy but..."  And you would not only be wrong, but  deluded.  A 14 year old cannot give informed sexual consent to a figure of authority in any case.

And in this case, one would be extra wrong.  It was rape - as in a sexual attack with force and without consent.  As in he attacked raped a 14 year old girl.  Who was so freaked out, she committed suicide.

The Judge - the asshole below - one G. Todd Baugh gave the rapist 15 years suspended and 31 days in jail - one of which he had already served on his arrest.  So yes, for the rape of a child and a student he got a month in jail.

Now one G. Todd Baugh - asswipe, proved his stupidity by saying that (and I quote) that the 14-year-old victim was “as much in control of the situation” as Rambold.

Well that prompted a bit of a kurfuffle, which Judge AssWipe ignored, until he found out he had to run for re-election next year.

Suddenly he "remembered" that the minimum sentence for a rapist - even one victimized by a now-dead 14 year old Lolita - was two years.

He has called it back for re-sentencing (LINK).  One hopes against hope that the parents of children in his district vote him out at the next election.  You, Judge G. Todd Baugh AssWipe, have one imperative as a Judge - uphold the laws fairly and keep society civil.  Sentencing Child Rapists - particularly teachers - to 30 days is immoral.
