USOpen Story in NY Times

There is a very cool story in the New York Times about the US Open and the $700 Million dollars a year it brings to the city.  My favorite things in the story are:

1) This graphic that shows a number of things, particularly the private money raised.  Because my husband did that bond offering.  Good for him!

Granted the US Open doesn't have different cities fighting for it - so it can't play city off city for tax breaks like baseball and football.
