After 4 votes in the legislature to expand Medicare (part of the Affordable Care Act - or Obamacare), and 4 Vetoes from Maine's Wackadoodle governor - Maine residents put the entire thing to a public vote.
The voters overwhelming approved expanding Medicare and embracing the ACA to reduce the uninsured. After considering this carefully for an hour or two, Maine's Governor told the residents to fuck off.
