From here the law has no precedent. If Trump had lost, he would be charged with campaign fraud. If he was a lesser politician he would be charged (as one of his first backers, Hunter Duncan, was yesterday) for misusing campaign money and fraud.

In a normal world, one that wasn't back ass wards, he would be impeached (or leave in disgrace, like Spiro Agnew did in 1971) and we would move on with President Mike Pence. But we live in a world where the Republican base no longer believes in equality under the law (which joins their other dead ideas like running a balanced budget and Canada as an ally). So who the fuck knows what is next.
