To bad he was not convicted in California. In California you are not allowed to make money off a book that talks about your crimes. Or from a book if you are famous because of your crimes. That is why there is no book from Charles Manson or Scott The Pregnant Wife Killer. Come on, did you think Charles Manson was not publishing out of the goodness of his heart?

In California you can publish away, but everything goes to the victims, estate of the victims or the state. Which seems imminently fair and why I wish Jack Abramoff would have been prosecuted by California.
